Since the first opening day, our chefs have been making bread daily. We have many different types of bread. We have bread made with mais, five cereals, whole grain, and black bread. Besides the typical Genovese bread like focaccia or cheese focaccia, you will also taste our breads made with olives and a variety of sweet and salty cakes. We are proud to make our own fresh pasta (tagliatelle, green taglierini, pansoti, and ravioli with fish). Our desserts are also produced by our chefs.

Although we understand the need of an international cuisine, the Ligurian dishes are always present in our menu. Fish dishes are in a list, both in first courses and seconds courses during lunch and dinner. Pesto, nut sauce, ravioli with special herbs, Easter vegetable cake, fried fish, and stuffed vegetables will bring you delight. Lunch includes appetizers and desserts every day. You will always choose between two first courses and two second courses. A buffet is always available including different salads. Our wine list includes a lot of local wines: white and reds.

The way we choose our olive oils and dressings for vegetables, meat, and the freshness of our fish, make our meals very tasty but healthier. We try to use local ingredients as much as possible, while following the seasons of the year.
