At Pessagnin, the restaurant at Stella del Mare, you’ll dive into the true flavours of our region’s cuisine, all thanks to your host Aldo and his team whipping up some seriously tasty dishes. You’ll be in foodie heaven, we promise!

What defines our cuisine?
We use fresh fish, bake home-made bread every day, and choose ingredients with care from local suppliers – to guarantee you an outstanding dining experience. We also pay a lot of attention to the seasonality of our ingredients, so our menu changes monthly. When the food is high quality and genuine, you can really taste the difference.
To make your meal even better, we offer a great selection of Ligurian wines, from the hills of Luni to Imperia and beyond, covering the best wine regions in the area. Ruggero will personally help you find the perfect wine pairing.

If you stay at our hotel in Chiavari by the sea for two days or more, you’ll have the option of adding half board to make your holiday even more enjoyable and unforgettable. Full board (excluding drinks) is also available at certain times of the year. You’ll always have the option of choosing from the à la carte menu, giving you greater freedom during your stay. Special discounts are also available for children.

Here’s a fun fact: It’s common to call children not by their first name, but by their last name.
Since our family name is Pessagno and our restaurant feels like a part of our family, we chose to name it Pessagnin.
